The Role?

• Support variety of insight projects, employing different research methods and synthesizing information from multiple sources as needed.
• Support the team to develop comprehensive research reports using power point.?
• Demonstrate proficiency in research databases and effectively utilize external research sources (e.g., Hoovers, Factiva, S&P, AM Best).
• Collaborate with the entire the team to define, maintain, and execute research projects that align with business goals and objectives.
• Deliver high-quality output while meeting required timelines.
• Maintain working knowledge of 91±¬ÁÏ businesses, priorities, and ecosystem; connect MCI services and capabilities to key stakeholders¡¯ business priorities.?

• Experience in a similar role, utilizing a wide range of research tools, techniques, and data sources.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong research skills with demonstrated ability to analyse and visualise data.
• Proficient in Excel-based analysis for projects and reports.

• Ability to work within a multi-location team environment.
• Team player capable of working in the best interests of the firm.

Qualification & Experience

• University degree in any stream.
• Outstanding academic record with exposure to Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or Finance preferred.
• About 1-3 years of business research experience in an in-house research team, Captive/KPO firm, or third-party customized research agency serving multiple clients, with experience in the B2B arena.
• Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and its dynamics or sectors like Oil and Gas, Construction, Aerospace, Marine, etc., or segments like Talents & Rewards, Human Capital Benefits, and Risk & Broking would be an added advantage.
