    Description

    The 91±¬ÁÏ Investments team helps asset owners across the world solve their investment problems. We offer a range of services across different delivery models, spanning advice, Total Funds Solutions (TFS), Specialist Portfolio Solutions (SPS) and analytics & tools, structured to give investors access to best-in-class ideas and the opportunity to meet their long-term investment goals.

    The Sales Enablement Leader will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing strategies to enhance the Sales/Growth team¡¯s productivity and effectiveness. This position will require a strategic thinker with a track record in sales enablement and who can work cross-functionally to drive sales team success, particularly within the financial services or investment consulting sectors.

    The role will require collaboration with various stakeholders across the Investments business, as well as Growth and Sales Operations teams from other businesses to ensure we are leveraging existing practices, so the US team brings the best of 91±¬ÁÏ to existing and prospective clients. There will also be opportunities to collaborate with the Investments Canadian Growth Team on initiatives that impact North America.

    The Sales Enablement Leader will report to the Head of US Growth and oversee the Sales Support and Proposal teams.

    The Role

    • Sales Process Optimization: Lead the optimization of sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and implement best practices to enhance sales performance.
    • Management: Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Sales Training and Onboarding: Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to ensure new hires and existing sales team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively. This includes product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights.
    • Content Development: Create, curate, and manage sales content, including presentations, case studies, sales scripts, and other materials that support the sales process. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with our firm's messaging and value proposition.
    • Sales Tools and Technology Integration: Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales tools and technologies that enhance the productivity and performance of the sales team. This includes CRM systems such as MS Dynamics, RFP tools such as Loopio, sales analytics tools, and communication platforms.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights. Work closely with sales leadership to develop strategies for addressing performance gaps and achieving sales targets.
    • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and client services teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience. Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments.
    • Customer and Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team. Assist the business in developing strategy across different segments and channels
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline sales activities.
    • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that supports the overall sales objectives of the firm. Align sales enablement initiatives with business goals and track progress against key performance indicators.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    We welcome candidates with a broad range of experiences and career backgrounds; you will be supported to apply your skills and experience to this role.

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement Professional) is a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role within the investment consulting or financial services industry.
    • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a track record of driving sales performance and achieving results.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and improvements.
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in sales enablement tools and technologies, including CRM systems such as MS Dynamics, sales analytics platforms, and content management systems.
    • Customer-Centric: Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Collaborative: Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across the organization.

    Compensation and Benefits?

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

    Compensation

    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $160,000 to $180,000 USD per year.

    The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
