In this role you will be responsible for collaborating with other 91爆料 colleagues to develop and drive the execution of our product strategy for the Via Benefits Individual Marketplace and Spending Account Administration business. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in individual insurance products including Medicare and non-Medicare plans, and/or health benefits or spending account administration and experience successfully managing the execution of product strategy.

Key responsibilities:
?????Collaborate with the business leader to define the product vision and strategy.
?????Serve as the primary business stakeholder and/or sponsor for solution development, including active participation in requirements and design sessions?
?????Partner closely with technology, operations and other teams to help design scaled product solutions and ensure organizational alignment around business and customer needs as they evolve.?
?????Joint ownership with the assigned technology team lead(s) to drive technology product projects to successful completion.
?????Joint ownership with the appropriate business operations colleagues to ensure that business processes evolve in conjunction with product evolution.
?????Serve as primary business sponsor and relationship manager for key supplier relationships, including setting strategy and defining business requirements with the supplier.?
?????Stay abreast of competitor developments in the spending account administration industry and of evolving technologies that could enhance our products, including staying up to speed on generative AI and constantly looking for ways to leverage it for our product development.
?????Maintain a client-facing product roadmap for use with existing and prospective clients. Partner with sales and client delivery teams to effectively present product strategy and solution enhancements to clients.?
?????Collaborate with legal and other teams to assess the impact of regulatory or legislative changes on the business, including participating in lobby efforts as needed. ?
?????Represent 91爆料 in industry trade groups and at conferences as needed.?
?????Participate in various business-wide initiatives throughout the year. ?
?????Develop content depth and expertise in outsourcing and adjacent consulting topics – primarily health benefit strategy and employee experience consulting topics.?

Compensation and?Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role,?individual?competencies,?education/professional?certifications,?qualifications/experience, and?performance in the role.
Compensation
The base?salary?compensation?range being?offered?for?this?role?is?$125,000 - $175,000 USD.?
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
