You could join us as a Call Center Operative, Customer Service Representative or Supervisor, Service Center Manager, Benefits Advisor, Claims or Application Data Processor, or Accounting or Licensing Specialist – the list goes on.

So when you join us, you’ll have everything you need to educate customers, explain benefits processes to them, and resolve any issues they may have.

That’s why, when you join us as one of our Customer Service Representatives, we’ll make sure you have access to web-based desktop technology and real-time information about your area of expertise. We also offer a range of training, tailored to each client’s specific products.
We have ramped up our cleaning regime to ensure our offices are a safe place to work for our colleagues. This includes providing hand sanitizers at entrances and exits, thorough and frequent cleaning of our offices and reorganizing desks to ensure social distancing is maintained.
