    Description

    This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Cloud FinOps Analyst within our Enterprise Technology function. The primary focus for this role is managing and optimising Cloud Financial operations, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency in Cloud expenditures. Additionally, this role aims to further mature 91±¬ÁÏ¡¯s adoption of the FinOps Framework. This is a remote working role with an element of hybrid style at the London or Reigate office.

    The Role

    • Proactively monitor, manage and optimise 91±¬ÁÏ¡¯s Cloud Spend.
    • Analyse data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial goals.
    • Identify and drive implementation of? Coud cost optimisation opportunities.
    • Partner with Business, 91±¬ÁÏ Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure allignment on financial goals and initiatives.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and cost optimisation forums highlighting trends, risk and opportunities related to Cloud spend.
    • Support the maturity of the Cloud FinOps capability.
    • Compliance with financial regulations and internal governance policies.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud cost management and FinOps.
    • Share FinOps best practices.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • FinOps Practioner certified.
    • Understanding of Cloud Services, specific experience with Microsoft Azure.
    • Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
    • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communications skills to work effectively with cross-fucntional teams.
    • Problem Solving: Ability to identify cost opportunities and implement optimization strategies.
    • Attention to Detail: Highly organised and detail-oriented to manage and analyze financial data accurately.
    • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud cost management and FinOps.
