    Description

    The Role:

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Ensure timely fulfilment of requests, queries, orders and licensing for proper revenue recognition by:?
    • Updating participation ¨C Types of account, account managers, data provider, sales contact.
    • Entering orders ¨C based on enrollment form or confirmation email, contact detail, etc.
    • Monitor fulfilment / entitlements¨C Track pending component to ensure all criteria are met for SPM or BOL.
    • Ensuring that SPM / BOL information is accurate by going through validation and audit steps (i.e. agreement, user access, submission requirement).
    • Coordinate with Account Managers for information that are incomplete.
    • Serve as a member of the Central Services team in executing both pre-assigned and ad-hoc tasks.

    Objectives

    • Ensure that audit checks are complete and information inputted in SPM / BOL are accurate.
    • Maintain process documents related to SPM / BOL are clear, concise? ? and easy to use.
    • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
    • Contribute to the development of new approaches and quality standards related to SPM or BOL maintenance.
    • Promote a positive workplace environment.

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree graduate?

    Skills:

    • Educational experience ¨C accounting, bookkeeping, business course.
    • Experience in accounts receivable work, processing client orders, data entry and invoices.
    • The highest attention to detail.?
    • Analytical and can work under tight deadlines.
    • Ability to quickly transfer learning into practice.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Possess a desire to ask questions to deliver a better work product.
    • Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a wide range of positions within the organization.
    • Team player with ability to work as a group and independently.

    Experience:?

    • With at least 1 to 2+ years of working experience in shared services preferred.
    • Experience working with ERP systems ( SAP, Oracle, BPCS ) ?a plus.
    • Experience supporting Data entry. ( AP/ AR / Order Management )
