    Description

    We are on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Delivery Coordinator who is ready to take on the challenge of rolling out our flagship insurance broking placement platform and new exciting features to multiple countries. This exciting role will have you at the heart of action, acting as a pivotal liaison between our business users and development/configuration teams. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery of the product. Plus, you'll get to spearhead the integration of our innovative platform with other applications in 91±¬ÁÏ, making a real impact on our operations! This role is based at Ipswich with a hybrid working style (once in a week), however during the initial training days there will be a need to be in office regularly or as and when required.?

    The Role:

    • Product Knowledge: Dive deep into the product and master the configuration steps, empowering you to tackle user queries with confidence and finesse!
    • Drive for Results: Relentlessly manage outstanding items that block the go-live, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Rollout Coordination:?Oversee and coordinate the rollout of the product to various countries, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. Working closely with Product Development Team (including Product owner and business analysts) to support the implementation process and warranty support phase.
    • Integration:? Delivery manage the integration of the product with other applications in 91±¬ÁÏ.
    • Stakeholder Management:?Serve as the primary point of contact between business users and development/configuration teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
    • Requirements Gathering:?Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements using predefined templates, ensuring they are accurately conveyed to the development/configuration teams.
    • Business Acceptance Testing (BAT):?Support Business Acceptance Testing, ensuring all issues are triaged, tracked for closure, and prioritized with development/configuration teams as needed.
    • Issue Resolution:?Identify, track, and resolve any issues that arise during the rollout process, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
    • Training Coordination:?Coordinate with training teams to ensure business users are sufficiently trained in the product and any new features.
    • Feature Rollout:?Manage the rollout of new features to existing users, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
    • Global Coordination: Embrace the opportunity to occasionally collaborate outside UK hours, facilitating deployments in different parts of the world.
    • Post Go-Live Support:?Coordinate and support business users during the post go-live warranty phase, addressing any issues and ensuring a smooth transition.
    • Reporting:?Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements:

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in orchestrating IT delivery coordination, ideally within the dynamic realms of insurance or financial services. Familiarity with the intricate workings of Insurance broking or the prestigious Lloyd's of London Market is a significant advantage.
    • Hands-on exposure to collaborating with stellar IT Product development teams, including Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, Configuration Analysts, and Trainers.
    • A deep understanding of software development life cycle and configuration methodologies.
    • Good understanding of basic T-SQL queries and data management using excel is desirable
