91±¬ÁÏ is seeking a leader of the North America (US, Canada and Bermuda) P&C Reserving Proposition within 91±¬ÁÏ¡¯s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business. In this high-profile role, you will spearhead the development, continuous enhancement and market presence of 91±¬ÁÏ¡¯s reserving consulting and technology offerings, driving revenue growth and advancing our thought leadership. You will have similar leadership responsibilities for our capital modeling practice.

The Role
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global experts in reserving, underwriting, pricing, claims, and capital modeling to create and deliver impactful solutions. You'll work alongside the Reserving Global Proposition Leader, Capital Modeling Global Proposition Leader, other Regional Proposition Leaders, sales leaders, and North America Division Leaders to achieve business goals.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $275,000 USD -$340,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
